Car is picked up and returned to Puusepänkatu 1, 00880 Helsinki

Driver must be over 20 years old, and had a driving licence (B) for at least 1 year

A non-refundable 25% booking fee of the total price must be paid when booking

Payment of the remaining sum will be made with Debit card when picking up. 2% increase in price for Credit card payment.

The car is returned in the same condition as received: cleaned and with filled fuel tank.

A 200€ deposit is charged when picking up the van and it will be returned when the van is returned in the same condition as when picking up.

A rental day is 24h, and it begins when car is picked up. For example 7 days rental is 7x24h. Pick-up time is between 16.30-20 on weekdays and 8-12 on weekends. As an exception in July pick-up time on weekdays is between 8-20.

In the event of damaging the car, the hirer will be charged the deductible part of insurance (600€).

In the unlikely event of a breakdown, the insurance will cover towing to the nearest car repair shop.

In the event of a breakdown of the car for a reason not attributable to the renter, the rental price will be refunded to the renter for the dates they can't use the car and the renter may receive compensation from insurance company for travel tickets caused by the breakdown.

The renter is responsible for any fines and payments received during the rental period (parking, speeding, road tolls etc.)

The renter is responsible for a tire failure due to a cause other than normal tire wear (such as driving into broken glass or the sill). Depending on the situation, the renter will pay for either a tire repair or a new tire.

In a force majeure situation (such as the van is wrecked, stolen or severely damaged before your arrival) the rental company can cancel the booking and refund the booking fee. In such situation the rental company will try to find a alternative van for the customer.
